How will you distribute donations?

All donations made to the Research Fund will be solely donated to either the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation or other scientific support institutions. Money that is donated to the Adventure Fund will be used for procuring safety equipment and hosting climbing events for individuals with Crohn’s/Ulcerative Colitis and other chronic diseases. Net proceed from merchandise will go directly to the Research Fund. Anything left over from the Adventure Fund will be donated to the Research Fund.

Where are you guys traveling?

Our tentative plan is to travel to all over North America in search of great climbing, skiing, and alpinism. During the Summer/early Fall, we anticipate spending a good amount of time in the Bugaboos (Canada). Once it gets a bit chilly, we’re headed straight to Yosemite Valley. When Winter hits, we’ll take shelter in Indian Creek (Utah), Joshua Tree (California), and potentially El Portrero Chico (Mexico).

How can I get involved?

The single most impactful thing you can do is share our website! The more people who identify with our mission we reach, the better our impact will be and the more likely this initiative can become a self-sustained model to build community and camaraderie.
